Week #1 - Choose Your Own Adventure Masterclass w/ Shannon Clarke

A masterclass with a twist! Explore the practice of finding your OWN way through your life and in your work as a coach. This masterclass will use nature as a co-teacher and will take you out of the zoom room and into the forest so that you can experience how it feels in your body to chart your own way forward and be guided by your intuition.

Shannon, MRA Coach and trained Forest Bathing Guide, will offer invitations to  connect you with your senses, deepen your relationships with your body and the natural rhythms of the forest. The experience will end with a sharing circle where we will gather the seeds of wisdom that have emerged and allow them to begin to root themselves inside of you.

Who is this for: This masterclass is designed to take you out of your comfort zone (in a safe, supported way) and try something new and different. This is experiential learning at its finest....created for the person who already knows they long to make their own way in the world, who is willing to explore and curious about what might be possible.

Location: Participants join this masterclass using a zoom link from a nature spot that you know and love. This could be your backyard, a neighbourhood park, a local trail you've walked many times. If you are local to Ottawa, you are welcome to join Shannon in Hampton Park, on Island Park Drive.

What you will need: While we will be using Zoom as our way to connect to one another, this will not be a traditional video call. Make sure you have headphones with you so that you can put your phone in your pocket and allow yourself to be guided. A detailed list of items to bring along with you will be sent to registered participants.
